Ventana and Wolfgang Puck’s CUT New York Present Metamorphosis
An Immersive Art Installation by Marco Gallotta Merging Design, Technology, and Transformation
New York, NY – May 5 , 2025] – CUT New York and Ventana are proud to present Metamorphosis, a captivating new art installation by Italian-born, New York-based artist Marco Gallotta. The exhibition installation begins on May 1, 2025, at CUT New York inside the Four Seasons Hotel Downtown, and will remain on view through July 27, 2025. Metamorphosis explores identity and transformation through visual storytelling. It merges the tradition of fine art with the innovation of modern display technology.
At the core of the installation is Gallotta’s signature medium, reimagined through Ventana’s microLED display tiles. These tiles are among the thinnest, brightest, and most architecturally adaptable in the world. Gallotta’s intricate designs are brought to life as a dynamic visual experience, creating an environment where art is not just observed but felt.
Installed within the sleek interior of CUT New York, Metamorphosis is the result of a larger creative partnership between Ventana and CUT. Ventana transforms architectural surfaces into immersive digital displays, while CUT, the culinary destination by Wolfgang Puck, brings a spirit of innovation to fine dining. Together, the two brands are offering a unique experience that connects design, hospitality, and storytelling.

To celebrate the opening, CUT will introduce Art Forms, a limited-edition cocktail experience running from May 7 to 11, 2025. Developed by CUT’s award-winning mixologists, each cocktail is inspired by the visual and emotional themes of the installation. Guests can expect drinks that feature color-shifting ingredients, sculptural garnishes, and layered flavors. Each cocktail is meant to mirror the evolving nature of Gallotta’s work and offer a sensory extension of the exhibit. The menu also includes a storytelling component that connects each drink to the ideas of identity and transformation explored in the art.
